Delete your account

You can delete your Good Turn account at any time. It takes effect straight away.

In the app

1. Open Good Turn and go to the Family tab.
2. Scroll to Your account and tap Delete my account.
3. Read what will be removed, then tap Delete it.

If you are the only admin of a family with other people in it, the app asks you to make someone else an admin first, or to delete the family.

If you cannot open the app

Email goodturn@mtanwar.com from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We will do it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address and sign-in.
• The notification addresses of your phones.
• If you were the only person in your family: the family and all its chores.

What is kept

• Chores you finished stay in your family’s list, with your name no longer attached. Your unfinished chores go back on the family’s pick list.
