I did not get my sign-in code

Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Good Turn. Codes work for one hour. You can ask for a new one from the same screen after a minute.

How do I join my family?

Ask a family admin for the six-character family code. On the first screen choose "I have a family code", sign in with your email, then type the code and your name.

I got a new phone

Install Good Turn and sign in with the same email address. Your family and chores are waiting for you.

How do I stop notifications?

Open your phone’s Settings, find Good Turn, and turn notifications off. The app still works without them.
